Rachel Leone Marx
I’m an executive coach, facilitator, and consultant who partners with leaders and teams to achieve their fullest potential. Throughout my 20 years in the field, I’ve coached over 700 leaders and designed and ran over 50 leadership development programs. I integrate leadership development with organizational strategy to ensure the investment drives the company’s results. My work has spanned industries including corporate, government, healthcare, nonprofit, higher education, finance, and technology. A few of my past clients include CU Denver, University of Denver, the State of Colorado, Children’s Hospital, Rose Medical Center, Lutheran Medical Center, and Ontap Credit Union.
My strength is my ability to take high-performing leaders, teams, and organizations to the next level. Partnering with the CEO of a healthcare company to increase the department’s service-line from $5 million to $30 million annual revenue in one year
Designing an 18-month leadership development program from scratch that was based off an organizational needs assessment
