Coaching

I’ve coached over 700 leaders from C-suite executives to high potential leaders to those going through big life transitions. My strength is helping people reach their maximum potential.

For all of my clients, I start with some form of current-state analysis. This is often a 360 assessment, a personal SWOT analysis, the Wheel of Life reflection, or an assessment such as the MBTI, FIRO-B, Enneagram. I then work with clients over an extended period of time, often year-long engagements, to achieve their goals.

Leadership Development

I’ve conducted over 50 leadership development programs at both large and small organizations. Cohorts typically include 8-14 people and run for 12-15 months. For each program, I design custom content that meets the specific needs of the team. I have taught hundreds of graduate level courses and I design my leadership development trainings the same way. They are rich in content, employing the use of adult learning best practices. My goal is to have clients engage with and apply leadership content to their daily work and personal development.

In addition to leadership development, I also facilitate a wide range of meetings and retreats. These include leadership strategy sessions, board meetings, and leaders who are striving to create healthier and more productive dynamics between pairs or triads.

Consulting

I have served as a thought partner and consultant in a wide variety of capacities. As a consultant, I help people who are responsible for driving business outcomes enhance the effectiveness of their programs and strategy.

One of my specialities is conducting evaluations and needs assessments. I can help determine what is working and what needs to be changed. My unique strength is my ability to see both the high level strategy as well as the details of how to operationalize a new initiative.

“Rachel's gift is challenging leaders to think differently in order to improve organizational performance and drive tangible results.”
